Hello, today I am going to talk about how to gain weight. Well, I personally experienced weight gaining is the simplest thing. You can gain weight by focusing on two techniques which I use as well. First of all, you need to make your diet plan. Generally. I consume more than 2000 calories in a day. For weight gaining, your first priority is consume proper calories everyday. We can take calories from different food items  for carbohydrates you can consume these eatable things such as  chapati, whole wheat bread, sweet potato, oats & brown rice.  Badam, broccoli, avocado, peanut butter, kidney beans and  brown rice, spinach, yoghurt & tofu are the best food items for proteins. Other way for gain weight, if you workout in a gym then you have to lift heavy weights as much as you can because if you lift heavy weights then you tissues will be break and then it needs carbohydrates, proteins, etc for rebuild which helps to enhance  your weight  ...

First of all, I would like to recommend you morning is the best time for exercise so try to do workout in the morning. Secondly, you can get information regarding your exercise on the Internet, if you are unable to find out the best workout for yourself then you can contact the nearest fitness coach definitely, he will help you. Thirdly if you have less time for your workout then you can easily do your simple workout in your home such as running, skipping, push ups, crunches and many other exercises which you can do in your home this is very effective way which helps you to follow your workout. Finally  you can do your exercises with your those friends who already done there basic exercises which you are doing now, you can ask him or her for help you in your workout.

Well number of techniques you can use for concentrate on you work-out. 1. Do not waste you free time on only for rest or for entertainment ,you can continuously learn new things in leisure time,from internet, books etc.  2. Imagination is wonderful trick to focus on you ambition, therefore, just imagine about your goal at lest 5 to 10 minutes in a day.  3. Always set shout time goals for achieve long time goals and reward yourself after accomplish your ambition  short or long.  4. If you have a couch for training then always follow the instructions step by step. Tip:- As i already mentioned try to do work-out under the couch's supervision.

Do's 1. Take a day off in a week. I think Sunday is the best day for a break.  2. Try to use comfortable clothes while you doing exercise. 3. Warm up is very crucial for the whole body before you  start your work-out. 4. Make a perfect plan and get more and more knowledge regarding work-out which you will do. Don'ts 1. From monday to Saturday  do not break your routine. 2. Try to avoid jeans and shirts during doing exercise. 3. Do not start exercising without wam up you body's muscles. 4. Don't forget to plan you further work-out. Tip:- be careful not for only yourself others as well because we r human beings. 

Morning time is perfect for exercise

There are many reasons "why"early in the morning is ossum timing for work out. *The energy level is quite high in the morning and body is completely relaxed so try to awake early in the morning and finish your daily fitness course. *Disturbance is an issue for some people but if you get up early then obviously you can do exercise without any noice distraction and you can easily achieve "what you want".
